REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Nestluxuryprimect, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your Valentine’s gift, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain Valentine’s products are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized gifts
  • Perishable items like chocolates or flowers
  • Sale or clearance items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@nestluxuryprimect.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If your Valentine’s gift arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a new item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
